At Portland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
